At Green Soul Trader, we want to make sure you have an amazing online shopping experience; we understand that includes fast and easy returns.

Please Note all claims must be authorised by us prior to their return otherwise they will not be accepted. You must contact us before returning a product for the purpose of ascertaining our return procedure.


Items are eligible to be returned for…

Refunds if:

•   The return is lodged within 7 days of receipt.

•   We will accept change of mind returns in limited circumstances and if the product is in the original condition of

    which it was sent, within 7 days of receipt for a full credit which is valid for 30 days.

•   If you seek a replacement or a refund for a faulty product, you must provide us with proof of fault and purchase. Please email us a photograph within 7 days



Returns will not be accepted if:

•   The return has been lodged outside of the allowed return time frame.

•   Item(s) appear to have been used or opened or no longer in their original packaging.

•   Products which have been damaged, substantially used or otherwise altered will not be accepted for return.

•   Items purchased on sale are not able to be returned for a refund or exchange.

To the extent permitted by law, should we accept a return, you will receive a credit for the value of the product. The credit will be redeemable for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Due to hygiene reasons of beauty and toiletry products we are unable to accept returns on any used or opened items under any circumstances. We ask that you check your products before opening to ensure that you have the right product.
